A.T. Moffett is a dancer, choreographer, and educator trained in public policy. Her policy interests include arts education, arts and aging, and arts and health. Her creative work centers on arts-based research and community engagement. Projects include Shadd’s Daughters (2021), Watershed (2020), Re-Entry (2017), and Same Story, Different Countries (2016). Ashley is a dancer, choreographer, actor and teacher, and served as a teaching artist for DiAE before becoming Artist Director in 2017. Ashley is a social change artist and finds great joy in encouraging children to discover their inner artist. Elaine became our Business Manager in May 2017 after retiring from J.P. Morgan. Elaine, a weaver with her own small business, Brooks Family Threads, was looking to bring her love of the arts and management skills to a non-profit.
